On the occasion of the 22nd edition of the European Night of Museums, and as part of the bicentenary of diplomatic relations between France and Mexico, the Musée Rodin is offering to (re)discover its collections with a rich and festive program highlighting Mexico. This event will also celebrate the most recent edition of La Door of the Hell by Auguste Rodin, exhibited in Mexico since May 2016.
Dedicated to the discovery of sculpture through practice, Atelier Rodin is rich in activities and discoveries to promote a sensitive and intuitive exploration of the universe of Auguste Rodin and a sculpture workshop.
A new space "Au Labo!" offers artistic practice activities, led by animators-speakers, to experience everything that makes sculpture with a program of five distinct activities.

This event will also celebrate the most recent edition of La Door of the Hell by Auguste Rodin, exhibited in Mexico since May 2016.The evening will continue in the courtyard of honor with a musical program highlighting Mexican rhythms through DJ sets, offering visitors a friendly and festive atmosphere at nightfall.

Collective initiation to reggaeton and cumbiatron

On the program: Guided by two teachers and a DJ, live with your whole body a major genre of Mexican culture since the 2000s. This event will also celebrate the most recent edition of La Door of the Hell by Auguste Rodin, exhibited in Mexico since May 2016.Dedicated to the discovery of sculpture through practice, L'Atelier Rodin invites you to take part in its many open access activities to promote a sensitive and intuitive exploration of the universe of Auguste Rodin and a sculpture workshop.Recommended for children from 3 to 12 years old, L'Atelier Rodin is also aimed at toddlers (6-24 months) by offering a dedicated sensory space.
