On the occasion of the Night of Museums, the Muséum-Aquarium in collaboration with the Department of Urban Planning and Urban Ecology/Service - Urban Ecology proposes to explore for the Night of Museums 2026, the ecological and eco-landscaped network made up of watercourses, aquatic and wet networks such as rivers, streams, canals, ponds, wetlands, called the "blue grid". Through workshops, manipulations, screenings, mini-conferences, the public will have the opportunity to apprehend urban wildlife from a new angle. The activities will all focus on biodiversity. In the presence of laboratories from the University of Lorraine, naturalist associations from the region but also stakeholders, associations and places of scientific culture.

Guided by two artists, the duos create and manipulate silhouettes and characters to give life to their own stories. A moment of complicity and shared creation, where the subdued light gives birth to magic.

    FLASH VISIT "APRON DU RHONE"
    Come closer and keep an eye open! Here is the apron of the Rhône, a small but discreet fish... but fascinating. Discover how it lives at the bottom of rivers, camouflages itself among pebbles and resists the current. Why is it so rare today? What are its secrets for survival? A quick but captivating meeting, to better know this hidden treasure of our rivers.

    Access PMR An entrance without stairs is at your disposal by the Jardin Godron. Inside, an elevator allows you to access the ground floor and the 1st floor. Note that all toilets are accessible. PMR equipment For your visit, three wheelchairs are available on request at the reception. Strollers, versatile seats to sit, lean and carry your belongings, as well as folding seats are in free access to the ground floor and 1st floor. Other adapted equipment Rough strips are installed on the ground, at the entrance of the establishment, to guide visitors to the reception. A magnetic loop at the reception desk facilitates communication with people with hearing impairment. 3 noise headsets are available, on request, to people who wish to make a visit in peace.
